Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tsp maple syrup/honey
1/2 cup organic strawberries
- Add all ingredients to the blender jar and blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the blender jar and blend for 20 seconds more.
- Pour into individual jars or bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
