Smoothie Bowls

What better way to start off your morning than with some delicious, fresh and all organic smoothie bowls! Here’s a couple of our favorites:

Sunshine Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:
1 organic Langra mango (chopped)
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon coconut shavings
1 tsp honey/date syrup/jaggery
For the toppings:
7/8 roasted almonds (can substitute with walnuts)
1 tablespoon coconut shavings

 

Blend all ingredients together and garnish with toppings. Enjoy!

 

Chocolate Delight Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
1 organic frozen banana (please remember to peel the banana BEFORE freezing!)
A handful of organic spinach
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp organic honey
For the toppings:
1/2 organic banana
6 roasted almonds
1 tbsp chia seeds
 
Method:
  1. Blend all ingredients together and pour in a bowl.
  2. Place toppings as desired on the smoothie mixture and enjoy!
 
Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
1 organic carrot
2 organic elaichi bananas (frozen)
2 organic dates
1 tsp maple syrup
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp organic ginger (grated)
A pinch of cardamom powder
For the toppings:
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
 
Method:
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Mix until you get a smooth texture.
  2. Pour into a bowl, and garnish with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
