Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic spinachÂ
- 1 cup organic strawberriesÂ
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecan nuts (we used roasted almonds)
- 3 tbsp feta cheese (optional)
- Sesame seeds
Dressing:
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper as desired
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together, add the dressing and serve
